Challah


2 tbsp. yeast

1 tbsp. sugar

1 cup water (warm)

Let sit for 5 minutes to foam

ADD

1/3 cup olive oil

½ cup honey

3 eggs

¾ tsp salt

4 cups flour

Mix all ingredients- knead for 5 minutes

Let rise- 1 hour

Cut into 3 parts, make braid (tuck ends under)

Let rise for 1 hour

Bake on 325° in oven for 20-25 minutes- until golden brown
