½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
1 cup Soy Sauce
2 garlic cloves (or 1 tbsp. garlic salt)
1 onion diced
5 lbs. of chicken wing/leg/ or any type of chicken with bone
Mix all together. Soak overnight.
Cook on the stove at medium for 30 minutes (approximately)
Low-medium for 45 minutes (approximately)
